The Process

It all begins at hello!

First, get in touch with me by either visiting my contact page or by calling 614-420-1547, and we will go over your date, what all you have in mind for your big day, & what your ideal package would be.

My packages start at $799 to $3,999 with most of my clients investing on average $3,399.
This can vary depending on the hours needed & how many shooters you would like.

Booking

Once you're sure I would be a great fit for your wedding day we would go about the booking process.

To book all I require is a nonrefundable holding fee of $250 & a signed contract.

Details & Planning

After the booking is complete we will go over each & every detail from the timeline to photolists to ensure that everything goes smoothly on the big day. We will also work out a day & time during this for your engagements as well.

Final Check-in

I try to touch base every so often, but you'll for sure be hearing from me within 2 weeks of your big day. This is just to go over the final details, check for any changes that might need to be made to the timeline or lists, and just offer a calming word of advice.

What is your turnaround time?

I try to get photos back to you no later than 2 weeks, but the time can vary depending on the number of images I had captured. I try my best to provide 50-100 beautiful photos per hour, but this all depends on the day. I try not to offer too many similar or repeat photos.

I have gotten clients their images back as soon as the next day on a 7 hour wedding. But again the times can vary depending on the amount of images, current workload, or other delays. My contract states up to 6 week turnaround (though no worries it has never taken me that long even during the busy season)

Can I view a full wedding?

Absolutely!

During in-person consultations, I offer the option to view actual wedding albums that have been delivered to clients. For video consults, I also send links to these.
It helps you get a better idea of what I can deliver.

Are you insured?

Yes! I am insured through Hiscox.
Any professional wedding vendor should be insured.

How much is your deposit?

I have a $250 nonrefundable holding fee to reserve your day for in state (Ohio) weddings & $450 for out of state weddings. This is due at the time of booking and does count towards your total amount.

Do you have a reschedule policy?

I understand things can come up, especially after everything that happened in 2020. So I try to be as flexible as I can.

I allow up to 1 reschedule from your original date, after that, I do require my $250 non-refundable holding fee to be paid again to reserve the 3rd date and any after. Please note I cannot guarantee a certain date will be open, and a refund of the holding fee will not be available so should you need to reschedule please contact me as soon as you can.

Do you offer payment plans?

I do, but only within 3 months of your wedding date. There is also an additional 3% fee to cover the fees associated by PayPal. Checks are not accepted.

How do you go about choosing the photos?

I will cull the images once back at my studio and will choose the best images that show your personality and style and then I edit those and get them sent right over to you by Pixieset.com!

Do you help with the planning?

Yes!

Please ask me any questions you may have. I like to help construct your schedule with you if possible to ensure all of the big events happen within the time frame you have me for.

The Engagement session is up to an hour long and can include additional outfits as long as we stick to the determined time.

I do suggest the engagement sessions to take place within Central Ohio to reduce additional travel fees.
